Response 1 Medical Staffing places travel nurses on temporary assignment throughout California, Nevada, and Texas. To help spur growth, and to make it easier for new nurses to apply for placements, Spenlen Media created a new website featuring a secure online employment application.
The website design is elegant and straightforward. It is powered by a simple, custom content management system used by internal staff to keep the site content up-to-date. News items and custom pages can be updated at any time, and password-protected documents can be posted for employee-only downloads.
The centerpiece of the site is a 7-step secure employment application, which allows prospective nurses to supply all of the necessary application data quickly and easily, and even save and return to the form later if desired. Completed applications are stored securely in the site database, where they are then downloaded and imported daily into Response 1’s HR systems.
